How do I spot a tutorial server in the table?

Look for the tutorial tag in the Tags column, or the word in the server name. We list both, because owners set the tag themselves and some do not. Every entry here has one or the other.

Does the tutorial cost me my progress?

No. The island is a separate start and the main map is where your game continues. What you learn there carries over as knowledge rather than items. The server's rules and rates apply once you arrive.

Will a tutorial server reset more often?

It follows the same wipe schedule as any other Rust server. Most wipe monthly and some weekly or every two weeks. The Next wipe column shows the estimate for each server, so check it before you spend time building.

Can I skip the tutorial if I already know the game?

Yes, you can leave the island and join the main map. The tutorial is there for players who want it, not a gate. Nothing on the server changes once you are through.

The ring is how full a server is; the line its players hour by hour over the last day. Next wipe is an estimate (~) unless it is the force wipe (FW); hover a time for the reason.
